We’re a busy, blended family who fell in love with the Emerald Coast and wanted to create a space where others could slow down, reconnect, and truly relax. Between work, kids, and everyday life, we know how important it is to have a place that feels like an escape—and that’s exactly what we’ve tried to create here.

Joe owns and operates restaurants, so hospitality is in his DNA, and Holly brings the vision and attention to detail that makes this space feel calm, cozy, and thoughtfully put together. Every part of the condo was designed with intention—from the coastal aesthetic to the little touches that make your stay easy and comfortable.
